Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup soft butter


  • 3/4 Cup powdered sugar


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup khoya


  • 1-1/2 cup refined flour


  • 2 tablespoons corn flour


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp pistachios


  • 5 tablespoons milk powder

Directions

  • In a bowl cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  • add in the milk and grated khoya and Beat nicely.
  • now add in the sifted refined flour, baking soda, baking powder, corn flour, milk powder, green cardamom powder and mix nicely.
  • preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  • pour the better in a greased cake mould and sprinkle some pistachios over the batter.
  • bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
  • let it cool down to room temperature
  • enjoy your eggless Mawa Pista cake with tea or coffee.
